Work, Work-out, and a little play

Well I have kept some what busy after work by going to the gym. I am now playing racquet ball 3 times a week. It is good exercise. Then on the days I don't play racquet ball I work out on the Elipse machines. Then when I am not working out I find time to take a break and enjoy some TV or computer games. The other day I had a blast visiting with some friends and playing a little Tezas Holden and Boggle. I stink at Boggle. I need to leran some new words.

Late Post (Labor Day)

I learned to play guitar hero with my sister's extended family. It is quite fun. I am looking forward to it for the Wii. This video is my brother-in-law and his brother.
